Short version: we use your details to quote for and carry out roofing work, and for nothing else. We do not sell them to anyone.

What we collect

When you fill in the quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode, optionally your email, and whatever you tell us about the job. If you ring or message us we keep a note of the same sort of information.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to survey and quote for the work, and to carry it out. That is the only reason. We do not sell or share your details with other contractors or lead-generation companies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for six years, which is the normal period for guarantee and tax purposes.

Where it goes

Form submissions are handled by Netlify, who host this website, and reach us by email. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use Google Analytics. The only data leaving your browser is what you type into the quote form, when you choose to submit it.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than where it is necessary to do the work — for example passing your address to a scaffolding supplier so they can erect a tower, or to your insurer if you have asked us to deal with a claim on your behalf. We do not sell data and we are not affiliated with any lead-generation network.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email quickfitroofingsolutionsltd@gmail.com and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
